About Professor
Takaaki Hoda
Keio University, School of Policy Management, Professor
Research Interests
My research focuses on "optimal corporate finance strategies for corporations," namely: 1. financial management for listed and unlisted companies to maximize the double bottom lines (profit as well as social benefit). We are facing the era that corporates should meet all expectations from diverse stakeholders, not only the shareholders. 2. the influence of alternative funding (crowdfunding, social impact bond, and ICO) on start-ups, SMEs, and financial institutions; and 3. the emergence of and social change caused by collaborations between private public initiatives through 1 & 2.
